1. The Service

Arizona Appliance Repairs (appliancerepairaz.com) is a directory of appliance repair businesses in the United States. Listings carry business contact details that are already public. We are not a party to any transaction between you and any listed business.

2. No Endorsement

A listing on Arizona Appliance Repairs is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any business, Ratings are shown as found and may be out of date.

3. Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but provide the directory "as is" without warranty of any kind. Business owners can claim their listing to correct or update information.

4. Claims

By submitting a listing claim you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. We may reject or revoke claims at our discretion. Claiming a listing, and anything you submit with it, is also covered by the marketing license in Section 5.

5. Use of Your Business Name, Images and Content in Our Marketing

By using our services, our software, or this site, including by claiming or submitting a listing, or by sending us photos, video, logos, reviews or other content, you grant Arizona Appliance Repairs a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit and create derivative works from the following, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, case studies, demonstrations and reproductions:

• your business name, trade names, logos and trademarks, and your public business and listing information, such as address, service area, hours and listing details.
• photographs, video and audio you upload or send to us.
• reviews, ratings and testimonials you give us, together with the name you gave them under.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to grant this license for, anything you submit, and that no payment is owed to you for these uses. No approval of any particular advertisement is required.

This license does not cover, and we never sell or use in our advertising: (a) your customers' personal information, phone numbers, or SMS/text message consent, which our Privacy Policy governs. Or (b) the face, voice or likeness of an identifiable person, which we use in advertising only with that person's signed written release, as California Civil Code §3344 requires.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, bulk download, or republish directory content without permission, and you may not use the directory to spam or harass listed businesses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arizona Appliance Repairs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory or from services performed by any listed business. Our total liability for all claims taken together shall not exceed eight hundred dollars ($800).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
